Account Related

How do I create an account?

Click the "Sign In" button in the top right corner, then select "Sign Up". You can register with your email or quickly sign in with your Google account.

What if I forget my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your registered email, and we'll send you a password reset link.

Can I change my email address?

Yes. Go to the Settings page and update your email address in the Account Information section.

What are credits? How do I get them?

Credits are used to generate prompts. Each quick generation uses 1 credit, and Director Mode uses 2 credits.

Ways to get credits:

  • Get 20 credits upon registration
  • Earn 5 credits with daily check-in
  • Subscribe to Pro or Studio for more credits

What's the difference between Director Mode and Quick Generate?

  • Quick Generate: Creates concise prompts, perfect for rapid iteration
  • Director Mode: Includes professional cinematic language with detailed scene descriptions, camera language, etc.

Which languages are supported?

We support 60+ input languages, including Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, and more. The system automatically detects your input language.

Can I use generated prompts commercially?

Yes. All prompts you generate belong to you and can be freely used for commercial or personal projects.

Technical Issues

Why does generation fail?

Possible reasons:

  1. Insufficient credits
  2. Input contains sensitive content
  3. Network connection issues
  4. System maintenance

Please check your credit balance or try again later.

How can I improve prompt quality?

  1. Provide more detailed scene descriptions
  2. Include key visual elements (colors, lighting, emotions, etc.)
  3. Use the improvement feature for optimization
  4. Reference high-scoring examples (90+ scores)

How long are history records kept?

  • Free users: Last 10 records
  • Pro users: Permanent storage
  • Studio users: Permanent storage + cloud backup

Subscription Related

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Go to the "Subscription" page, select Pro or Studio plan, and complete payment for immediate upgrade.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. After cancellation, you'll still enjoy Pro features until the end of the current billing cycle.
